Our family enjoyed a delightful four-night stay! The staff made us feel at home, especially the manager who arranged a surprise room upgrade. The breakfast was scrumptious, and we loved the cozy atmosphere at the onsite restaurant. Pack light and enjoy local dining options nearby.

The pool area was a highlight of our stay, and I loved the shisha session by the pool. it was a vibe!

Staying at this hotel was decent, and the staff were particularly accommodating to our needs as we traveled with a service dog. I loved the convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby Al Abdali Mall and enjoy family-friendly activities.

My kids wished the pool had been open during our stay. It would’ve been great if there were more facilities for families with children, as some amenities were insufficient.

The location is ideal for those wanting to be away from busy downtown, with just a 10-15 minute walk to a mall and various dining options. Breakfast is exceptional, featuring delicious home-made sweets, and the staff is notably attentive and helpful. However, the room was noisy due to road traffic, and I found the power outlets limited, causing charging issues.

We hit up the Al Abdali Mall for some shopping and checked out the local restaurants. The vibe at the hotel was chill, and the staff were super accommodating. Just a heads up though, it’s best to ask for a non-smoking room. Overall, a clean and dependable place for our group getaway!

I spent 7 nights in a Family Suite and absolutely loved the variety of delicious meals at breakfast and how everything in my room worked flawlessly. The staff went above and beyond to help with even little requests like bringing extra towels. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which was a downside during my stay. Despite this, I would return if I had the chance.

stayed in a deluxe twin room for 23 nights in geneva and the breakfast was a highlight – really tasty and great value. the staff, especially room service and restaurant team, were super friendly and quick to handle any complaints. close to the main street, so everything is easily accessible.

The hotel had comfortable beds and friendly staff. A clean pool that was nice for relaxation. However, the noise from the busy road was disruptive at night, and the bathrooms could use better upkeep. Overall, it offered decent amenities for the price.

i recently stayed for valentine's day and had a fantastic experience at the hotel. the breakfast was delicious, featuring freshly baked pastries and fresh juices that definitely set the mood. my room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the pool area, which was a perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway.

elevator was out of service during stay.

The lobby's warm decor with cozy seating made me feel right at home. Easy access for seniors, and the gentle ambiance was like a relaxing cup of chamomile tea after a long day.

More elevators for easier mobility would help.
